Our long-time colleague Raytcho Lazarov and the graduate student fellowship established by Peter Kuchment in his name are featured in the June ArtSci news.
Montgomery Bohde, double major in Math and Computer Science, has been awarded both an Astronaut Scholarship and a Goldwater Scholarship.
Math major and Math Club President Kevin Le has been awarded a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship. Math major Jenna Plute received honorable mention.
Heather Klein and Wencai Liu have been selected as recipients of College of Arts and Sciences Awards for 2025: Heather Klein received the Faculty Excellence Award and Wencai Liu received the Research Impact Award.
Todd Schrader and Kun Wang have been selected for Department of Mathematics outstanding service awards, and Matthias Maier and John Weeks have been selected for Department of Mathematics outstanding teaching awards.
